Mike and Lindsey went to the same high school and even had many of the same mutual friend groups. However, never really became friends or got to know each other until they started dating. Mike was the first to reach out and ask Lindsey on a date. Although Lindsey agreed, she was not in a big rush to plan the date. They talked for several weeks prior to their first date. During that time, Mike found out that Lindsey really wanted to go to a Sigur Ros concert. Seeing this as a perfect opportunity to get Lindsey to go on a date, Mike made up a story how a friend had hooked him up with tickets to the show and asked Lindsey if she would go with. Lindsey finally agreed to meet up with him. Mike now had to find tickets to an already sold out show! Luckily, he was able to secure some tickets. They decide before the show they would get dinner, Mike suggested his favorite place the rokerji. Together they had an incredible dinner and were having so much fun together they were late to their concert! After the show, they grabbed drinks together and talked til nearly 5AM. They both describe that night as one of the best nights of their lives and have been inseparable since.
